I keep seeing mixed opinions about Secret Benefits, so I figured it’s time for a real discussion. Some people say it’s the only sugar dating site where conversations actually turn into meetings. Others say it’s packed with fake sugar babies, pay-per-message traps, or profiles that vanish right after replying.

For those who’ve used it seriously — is Secret Benefits legit, or is it just another credit-burning sugar site with attractive but fake profiles?

Share your real experiences:
• Did you meet genuine sugar babies?
• How many messages before someone agreed to meet?
• Any red flags or scams to watch for?
• Is it better than Sugarbook or Seeking?

This could help a lot of newcomers avoid wasting time and credits, so honest feedback is welcome.

I’d say Secret Benefits is legit, but it forces you to filter harder than you expect. Maybe 20–30% of the profiles feel inactive or barely respond, but the ones who do reply tend to be real sugar babies. I met two genuine girls there — both verified, both open to an allowance discussion after a few chats.

My advice: don’t waste credits on unverified profiles, and avoid anyone who immediately pushes gifts or “emergency money.” Those are the red flags.

For me, SB gave the best actual results compared to Sugarbook or Seeking. Sugarbook has more casual meet-ups, Seeking has more pros, but Secret Benefits sits right in the middle. I met one long-term sugar baby there who stayed with me for 6 months. No drama, no scams, no weird requests.

I found that short, polite messages work better than long paragraphs. Girls on Secret Benefits don’t read novels — they respond to confidence and clear intent.

There are fake or low-effort profiles, no question. Some girls just log in for attention or free validation. But I’ve also had legit meets from the site — two coffee dates, one arrangement. If you message 15–20 girls, you’ll usually get 3–5 replies, and one will lead somewhere.

Just avoid anyone who asks for money before meeting. That’s always a scam, no matter the platform.

The biggest difference-maker on Secret Benefits is verification. Girls who verify their profiles are almost always real. They’re more serious, more open to discussing allowances, and less flaky. Unverified profiles are a gamble — some real, some bots, some just there for likes.

The site isn’t perfect, but in the sugar dating world, nothing is. Meetings do happen if you stay patient and selective.

Secret Benefits works if you treat it as a tool, not a magic solution. I met one sugar baby through the site, and two others in the real world (bars, events, Instagram). Online sugar dating always has a mix of fakes, but SB feels safer than random DMs.

If you’re new, it’s worth trying. Just don’t blow all your credits chasing every pretty face. Message fewer girls, but message smarter.
