I walked past Nana last night and saw a few old names still going — Red Lips, Pretty Lady, and Spanky's. Anyone been inside lately for a proper BJ bar experience? Some of the girls used to offer quick service upstairs, but things change fast.

Nana’s a mess these days — a few old favorites have shut down, others went full tourist trap. But a couple spots still quietly deliver if you know where to look.
Lollipop on Soi 4 has been hit-or-miss lately, but if you catch the right girl on the right night, it still works. Service in the back room can range from robotic to unforgettable — pure luck.
DC10 (tucked a bit further) used to be solid for quick, no-fuss action, but last time I went, it felt like a ghost bar. Maybe it was too early.
Your best bet is to walk Soi 4 slowly and look for bars that are dim, with girls up front but not yelling at you. If they’re smiling but not aggressive, they’re probably offering extras inside.
