Pattaya wins for pure quantity and access — it’s in your face, 24/7. You can meet a dozen ladyboys just walking down Soi 6 or LK Metro. Some are freelancers, some are bar girls, but there’s no shortage — and they’re not shy.
But Bangkok? That’s where the quality shines. If you know where to go — Sukhumvit sois, upscale apps, even certain spas — you’ll find ladyboys that wouldn’t look out of place on a magazine cover. More discretion, more polish, more mystery.
