Do you shower, use antibacterial, take meds, or just pray? Share your post-hookup rituals that make you feel 1% safer (or cleaner).

After every session, I piss immediately, wash with antibacterial soap, and dry off with a clean towel. If it was a raw BJ, I gargle Listerine. Might sound paranoid, but better safe than itchy.

I keep a little post-sex kit in my backpack — baby wipes, mouthwash, hand sanitizer. Especially useful after quickies or when the hotel bathroom feels like a war zone. I don’t always use condoms for oral, but I always clean up like I did something wrong.

Right after I finish, I hit the shower, piss, and wash my junk thoroughly with warm water and soap — never cold water, always warm. If I went bare for oral, I rinse with mouthwash too. I also keep a pack of baby wipes and a little betadine just in case. Not paranoid — just not stupid.

After every session, I wash with antibacterial soap, pee to flush things out, and use a wet wipe for any residual lube or body fluids. If it's been intense, I also rinse with warm saltwater. Safety isn't just about condoms—clean-up matters too.

I carry a small pack of intimate wipes and mouthwash in my bag. Shower within 30 minutes if possible, and I always clean under the foreskin thoroughly. Cuts down risk, smell, and post-sex soreness.

Even if everything felt “safe,” get tested anyway. STDs can be sneaky — many guys carry infections without symptoms. If you had multiple partners, got a few BJs without protection, or did anything even slightly risky, do the smart thing and run a panel. I make it a rule to test after every major trip. There’s no shame in it — only peace of mind. Plus, you’ll avoid passing something on unknowingly. Thailand is paradise, but play like a pro and clean up after yourself.

If it's a massage parlor or bar girl situation, I usually head straight to the bathroom right after—pee, wash thoroughly with soap and warm water, especially down there. If there's oral sex involved, I rinse with antiseptic mouthwash too. I also keep baby wipes and hand sanitizer in my bag, especially in Pattaya where showers aren’t always an option. Some guys overdo it with disinfectants, but honestly, basic hygiene right after sex goes a long way. If it’s raw sex (rare but happens), I take it even more seriously—full clean-up, hydration, and schedule an STD test within the week just to be safe.
