Some guys are into the surprise package. Others prefer everything tucked and trimmed. If you’ve had sex with both pre-op and post-op ladyboys, what’s your honest take? Is the sex different? Do you feel a stronger connection one way or the other?

I’ve tried both, and for me, post-op wins. It just feels more natural. The psychological part plays a role too — when everything looks and feels like a cis girl, it’s easier to let go and enjoy. One post-op ladyboy I met in Bangkok even told me she had better orgasms post-surgery. That energy translated in bed — it was wild.

Call me weird, but I prefer pre-op. There’s something insanely hot about the duality — the feminine look with a surprise. I’ve had oral from both, but pre-op ladyboys seem to bring more passion and confidence. Maybe they know they’re pushing boundaries, and that turns them on. I like the kink, the taboo, and the rawness.

I’m into pre-op, personally — there’s something wild and taboo about it that gets my blood pumping. But I’ve had post-op ladyboys who were incredibly sensual and skilled, especially with the full GFE treatment. It really depends on the chemistry. If she knows how to move and owns her body, I don’t care what’s down there.

Pre-op ladyboys can be incredibly sensual—it’s about chemistry. Their confidence is unmatched, and many know how to work both ends of the pleasure spectrum. Post-op can feel more like traditional sex, but it lacks the same kinky edge.

I go for pre-op every time. There’s just something wild about the mix of masculine energy and ultra-feminine looks. Post-op girls are beautiful, no doubt—but I’m into the unique thrill only a pre-op can give.

Personally, I prefer pre-op ladyboys — not because I want to interact with their parts, but because they often retain a raw sexual confidence that post-op girls sometimes lose. There’s something about a confident, feminine, pre-op stunner who owns her body and knows how to use it. Many of the best sexual experiences I’ve had in Thailand came from pre-op ladyboys who were proud, assertive, and knew how to switch between dominant and submissive modes based on what I liked.

I’ve tried both, and post-op ladyboys can offer a more traditionally feminine experience — especially if the surgery was top-tier and well healed. The body-to-body contact feels more like sex with a biological woman, and for some guys, that’s the holy grail. But the reality is, it's less about pre-op or post-op and more about confidence, personality, and how she carries herself. I’ve had sensual, mind-blowing sex with both types — it's the vibe that matters most.

Honestly, I’ve been with both, and it really depends on the vibe and chemistry more than what’s down there.

Pre-op ladyboys tend to carry a kind of raw, intense sexual energy — it’s like they fully own both their femininity and their masculinity, and that can be incredibly hot. There's also an honesty to it. No surprises, no pretending. You know exactly what you’re getting, and if you’re into that dynamic, it can be wild.

Post-op ladyboys, on the other hand, often have a softer energy and the whole experience tends to feel more like being with a cis woman — especially if you're someone who’s more into aesthetics or psychological comfort. Some guys say it helps them forget the “mental hurdle” if the surgery was done well.

For me, the best experiences came from how I felt with the person, not what kind of plumbing they had. If there’s connection, chemistry, and confidence — that’s what makes the sex memorable. Not the anatomy.
