Some gogo bars are raw. Some are weird. Some are raunchy.
Peppermint Gogo Bar is what happens when someone tries to take all three—and make it fun.
It’s energetic, fast-paced, playful, a bit chaotic, and strangely addictive. This is one of those bars where you walk in “just to look” and somehow leave two hours later with lipstick on your collar and 1,000 baht less in your wallet… and no regrets.
📍 Address & Location
Peppermint Gogo Bar is located on Walking Street, Pattaya, Thailand, just a few doors down from the popular FLB bar and very close to the entrance of Soi Diamond. Look for the bright pink neon signage, music blasting, and girls in tight little outfits leaning in the doorway laughing and waving.
It’s not hard to find, because you’ll probably hear it before you see it.
🪩 Inside Look & Atmosphere
Inside, Peppermint is deceptively large. The narrow entrance opens into a deep space with high ceilings, full AC, and a long stage that runs down the center of the room.
Lighting is dynamic—pinks, purples, and flashing spotlights. Mirrors line some walls, and the DJ booth sits perched slightly above floor level, pulsing with energy. The crowd is mostly international guys—some groups, some solo explorers, and a few glassy-eyed regulars who clearly never left after happy hour.
🎶 Music: Style & Volume
This place leans clubby, with fast-paced EDM, remixed hip hop, and thumping house tracks.
You won’t hear romantic slow jams here. It’s built for energy, not intimacy.
The volume is loud but tolerable, with quick tempo shifts that match the high-speed dancer rotations.
👯♀️ Dancers: Looks, Energy & Rotation
There were about 20 girls rotating when I dropped in.
-
Mostly between 21 and 27
-
Several girls were genuinely cute—big smiles, flat stomachs, playful dancers
-
A few ladyboys, seamlessly blended in (and very hot)
-
Some veterans in the mix too, with bold personalities and killer moves
They rotate quickly—every few songs, new bodies on stage.
There’s a lot of movement here: not just the girls on stage, but girls bouncing around the floor, approaching tables, mingling, touching, laughing.
👙 Costumes & Exposure
Costumes here are fun and flirty—think neon lingerie, sheer tops, bright skirts, and themed outfits like schoolgirl, nurse, or rave girl.
Many girls start covered (barely), and by song two or three, it’s all coming off.
-
Topless: very common
-
Bottomless: sometimes, depending on the girl
-
One dancer wore nothing but white sneakers and body glitter. I didn’t blink the entire time.
🎂 Age Range
The average seems to skew a bit younger than other bars—22–25 is the core.
But it’s a good mix. Some girls are mature and know how to tease with eye contact and confidence. Others bounce and giggle like it’s their first shift.
🍻 Prices
-
Local Beer: 160–180 baht
-
Lady Drinks: 220–240 baht
-
Bar Fine: 1,000–1,800 baht
-
Dancer Fee: 3,000–5,000 baht
It’s a mid-tier price gogo bar. Not budget, but not the high-end velvet-rope type either.
❤️ Personal Moment (Real, Raw, Memorable)
I wasn’t planning to stay long. I’d just left another bar and was walking off a buzz when I got pulled into Peppermint by a girl with green eyes and a killer smirk. She wasn’t aggressive—just said, “You look like you need fun,” and hooked her arm in mine.
Her name was Fa, short for Fahsai. She wore a white halter bikini top, a neon pink thong, and had tiny star tattoos on her hips. Her English was good. She ordered a shot of tequila, said “cheers,” and we clinked glasses.
She sat beside me, cross-legged, one hand on my thigh the whole time.
We talked about everything—how she hated Bangkok, how her dream was to open a noodle shop, how she once danced for a celebrity but wouldn’t say who. She asked about my hometown. I told her Toronto. She Googled a photo and said, “Too cold. I need hot. Like you.”
I laughed. I think I blushed. Then she kissed my neck.
The rest of the night is blurry—barfine, hotel, balcony beers.
She stayed until 3 a.m. and said, “No need pay me full. You nice.”
I paid her full anyway. Some things shouldn’t be negotiated.
✅ Pros & Cons
✔ High energy and fast rotation
✔ Young, playful dancers
✔ Music and lighting feel like a party
✘ Can be loud for guys wanting chill
✘ Some girls are pushy—drink hustle is real
✘ Not for shy types—it’s very interactive
🧨 Final Verdict
Peppermint Gogo Bar is a party, not a performance. It’s fast, flirty, sometimes wild, and always alive. You don’t come here to sit in the shadows. You come to feel the heat, the bass, and the soft press of a dancer’s fingers on your knee while she asks if you’re ready to fly.
