Tucked inside the lower level of Nana Plaza, Rainbow — just plain Rainbow — is the lesser known cousin of the more infamous Rainbow 4 and 5. But don’t count it out. While the bigger names pull the spotlight, this one operates in the shadows — quietly, casually, and occasionally, chaotically.
